Being kind thoughtful caring can be your down fall. Negative reactions often times come from others because of your nature. Life lesson help the young children guide them inspire them. Your peers on the other hand let them be. If you see them falling wait until they ask for help. You can not help anyone until they are ready. Staying in your own lane can be quite rewarding.

Working in the educational field you can be burned. Think of it this way, Be like a fire-fighter, or ER doctor. We may be called on to provide emergency care, but never let up. The help we gave may not come with immediate rewards but our efforts do make difference. Recently, a friend, mentor, and former principal died recently. It was truly amazing to see people from all walks of life celebrate his passing.
